Thickness variation drove CU issues; high residual O₂ affected palatability and stability.

• ODF coating & drying line (slot‑die, zoned drying) with in‑line thickness and closed‑loop tension;

• ODF slitter with web guiding + color‑mark registration; ODF rotary die‑cutter with servo sync;

• ODF sachet packer (heat‑seal optimization + nitrogen), MES/EBR to capture CPP;
